We pass your enquiry to a vetted local contractor, who then provides any quotes, schedules and contracts directly with you. Any work performed is a contract between you and the matched contractor.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to submit false, misleading or abusive enquiries, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to refuse to pass on enquiries that appear fraudulent or in bad faith.

We are not liable for the work performed by matched contractors — they are independent businesses responsible for the quality, safety and conduct of their own work. Our liability is limited to matching errors directly attributable to us, and in any event excludes indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
